Another drop in Petrol Prices - 5th Jan 2009

Motorists in the Cape get another breather. The petrol prices will be reduced on 7 January 2009 by yet another 19% due to a cheaper crude oil price, a stronger Rand and the suspension of the "slate levy". Unleaded will drop by R 1,34 to R 5,77 per liter, while drivers in Gauteng will see the petrol price dropping by R 1,36 down to R 5,82. Remember: most petrol stations accept now standard Debit Cards, which are cheaper in fees as the commonly used Garage Cards or Petrol Cards!!!
