Karin Burgman

Karin is a passionate HR and Organizational Development Specialist, with a Master degree in Industrial psychology and an extensive international record (27 years) of which 20 years of local experience in Mozambique.

She has worked with private as well as public organizations and NGO’s, which enables her to understand the different dynamics and perspectives and provide the client with effective solutions.

She registered her HR consultancy company in Mozambique in 2002 and together with her team of young professionals she has since been providing professional services in the field of: HR Consultancy, Outsourced HR services, Recruitment & Selection, Workshop facilitation, Training etc.

She and her team have assisted their clients in all immigration matters from entry visa to work permits and liaised with local authorities for the last 18 years very successfully.

Given the importance of education and woman empowerment, for the economic development of Mozambique, she dedicates her spare time supporting initiatives that reduce the level of Illiteracy among young woman, increase their life skills as well as professional skills to increase their earning power.

Her life credo: ‘You can’t help everybody, but everybody can help somebody!’
