Class A Investment Permit: Prospecting and Mining
- Proof of a valid prospecting license for minerals.
- Evidence of investment funds amounting to at least US$100,000.
Class B Investment Permit: Agriculture and Animal Husbandry
- Verification of available capital for investment in the industry (no minimum amount specified).
- Proof of land ownership or leasehold and relevant clearances or licenses from Kenyan authorities.
- Personal Identification Number (PIN) certificate for transactions with the Revenue Authority in Kenya.
Class F Investment Permit: Manufacturing
- Copy of the current manufacturing license.
- Registration details for the company operating in Kenya.
- Memorandum of Understanding.
- Articles of Association.
- Shareholder certificate (if applicable).
